This Rule indicates when each individual contest will start. The basic default rules condition is pre-selected as:
| The contests parents are all finalised |
| This means that the contests will start as long as all the previous contests that are in the same competition are all finalised.

Within this Ruleset, you also have the option:
| To start the contest at certain times within the period of the competition time |
| You created a Competition that starts on 1 September at 00:00 and ends on 2 September at 23:59, with two contests. You want to start the first contest at 00:00 and end it at 12:00, and start the second contest at 12:00 and end it at 23:59. This rule will let you start the second contest at 12:00.

| To start the contest at certain dates within the period of the competition time |
| You created a Competition starting on 1 September and ending on 7 September, with seven contests. You want to start the first contest on Monday, the second on Tuesday, the third at Wednesday, and so on. This rule lets you start individual contests on specific days.
